Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Since these are fashion/imitation jewellery items, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to request a return

Email maskles2025@gmail.com or call +91 89396 18009 with your order reference and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. We'll confirm the next steps within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item (where applicable) or approving the claim.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard return process applies.
