When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are processed entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay, on their own secure systems.

We use your details only to process and ship your order, send order updates, respond to support requests, and meet our legal and tax obligations (including GST invoicing). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third parties

We share order information with our payment processor (Razorpay) and courier partners only as needed to complete your purchase and delivery.
